On June 15, 2026, I purchased their Video Grabber, which, in theory, was supposed to work with Mac. In reality, the system only captured audio, not video. I had a heated email exchange with the company, and at first, it seemed like I had to convert the resulting file with third-party software (some of which were not very simple, like FFmpeg) to make the video part viewable with Apple apps. Finally, on June 29, 2026, they released a new version of the software compatible with Mac (QuickTime, FCPX). Now it works. Obviously, I can't give it 5 stars because they initially sold a product that didn't live up to its promises, but they promised to fix the problem fairly quickly. And they even refunded my purchase.

I chose these radios because they are Italian

I chose these radios because they're Italian. Online, they looked solid and were easy to use. Still need to be tested in harsh environments and with natural obstacles.

Company very attentive to customer needs

The company is very thorough and attentive to customer orders. In my case, they contacted me by phone to make sure my order matched the item I wanted, as they sell it in different configurations. The item arrived on time and was exactly what I requested.

Efficient support for installing the VHS to DVD converter: I purchased the VHS to DVD converter. The installation was very simple and well-guided. I should point out that I'm not very tech-savvy. Only at the end did I encounter a "problem," which was actually very trivial, but I didn't know how to fix it. I emailed their support team, and within an hour they responded comprehensively and clearly. I followed their advice, and the problem was solved. They were truly efficient, friendly, and clear. Congratulations! A level of professionalism that's hard to find.

Radio TS-T9+

Except for delivery a little longer (from Italy), the rest is parfait. Please package the delivery in the letter box by DPD on the scheduled date for that company. The materials are extremely solid due to the quality of the materials used. This UHF-VHF function works very well. I recommend this company. The prize is well placed.

Le sérieux des produits

The series of products, the quality and the price. The information on the commands. The only point that I find a worse negative is the shipping lenteur. But it's not as serious as the colis arrived when the same.

As far as rigOttimourous tracking is concerned, the...

Regarding the tracking of the parcel I have to acknowledge so much professionalism. For the punctuality of the delivery I would have something to complain about. the package arrived to me a good nine days later than the preision. I give the most however because of the Holidays and because of causes to be charged to the courier for the particular volume of deliveries.
