Très sérieux et rapide.

I chose these radios because they're Italian. Online, they looked solid and were easy to use. Still need to be tested in harsh environments and with natural obstacles.

The company is very thorough and attentive to customer orders. In my case, they contacted me by phone to make sure my order matched the item I wanted, as they sell it in different configurations. The item arrived on time and was exactly what I requested.

Fast and free delivery

Item as expected, fast shipping.

Thanks for the fast delivery from Italy.

Fast shipping, product ok

Fonctionne bien

I purchased the VHS to DVD converter. The installation was very simple and well-guided. Since I'm not very tech-savvy, I only encountered a "problem" at the end. It was actually a very trivial one, but I didn't know how to fix it. I emailed their support team, and within an hour they responded comprehensively and clearly. I followed their advice and the problem was solved. They were truly efficient, friendly, and clear. Congratulations!

Fast with well-made items

Excellent site with products with an excellent quality/price ratio

Perfect radios for driving school. Thanks.

A very reliable company. I had the opportunity to try the product at a friend's before trying it. Top quality and reliability.

Excellent product, easy to use, quick responses to any questions, truly kind and professional.

Great purchase

Except for delivery a little longer (from Italy), the rest is parfait. Please package the delivery in the letter box by DPD on the scheduled date for that company. The materials are extremely solid due to the quality of the materials used. This UHF-VHF function works very well. I recommend this company. The prize is well placed.

The series of products, the quality and the price. The information on the commands. The only point that I find a worse negative is the shipping lenteur. But it's not as serious as the colis arrived when the same.

The best part is that after ordering Tech Side, I received a phone call to verify the compatibility of the microphone I ordered with my radio. Never before has this happened. Incredible.

LEGENDARY, PROFESSIONAL AND AVAILABLE

Gute Qualität, schnelle Lieferung, sehr empfehlenswert

Fantastic experience, they helped me to make the best use of the device used to convert old VHS to DVD. Thanks for the support.

No problems with the service. My only complaint is that I had chosen SDA/Poste courier, but Bartolini arrived (delivery times were unchanged and respected, and shipping was free).

I purchased a VHS to DVD converter, I had some problems with the software configuration for Windows 11. I contacted them via email and they called me back and configured everything correctly remotely in a few minutes. Excellent.

Great shopping experience.

Product offering, prices, and on-time delivery. What more could you ask for?

about a year, to use the program, I kept some contracts. to one asy, they contested, and continued to receive it, in up to 7 races, for which alone I can say many thanks.

The order was completed quickly, and the product was received on time. After trying out the device, I had a couple of questions, and I received a response the same day, resolving my concerns.

Excellent service! Very fast responses, total availability. I never imagined such efficiency! Thank you so much for the service.

Regarding the tracking of the parcel I have to acknowledge so much professionalism. For the punctuality of the delivery I would have something to complain about. the package arrived to me a good nine days later than the preision. I give the most however because of the Holidays and because of causes to be charged to the courier for the particular volume of deliveries.

excellent product arrived quickly and very good professional assistance

Customer care: upon receiving the order, they contacted me to make sure that I had ordered the right product for my needs. The shoulder microphone received is really well made and fully meets my expectations and I consider the price paid to be fair.

Courteous assistance, helped me with product installation.

Value for money, fast service and high quality

Patient, courteous, fair, professional!
